The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a microwave, Nespresso machine and more cooking appliances, should you need them. A barbecue area is also available.

The upper floor boasts a lovely master suite, complete with a walk-in wardrobe, king-size bed, Smart TV and an impressive ensuite bathroom that’s fitted with large picture windows, welcoming the day. The other bedrooms are on the lower floor, all with poolside access and ensuite bathrooms. One of them is a kids’ room with four bunk beds; the only bedroom without a TV to minimise screen time for the little ones.

Rates
Rates include welcome drink, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener, and securities). Staff working hours are from 8am to 9pm. Additional cost for extra staff is THB 1,200++ for eight hours during the day and cost for additional hours is THB 500++ per hour after 9pm. Advance notice for additional staff/hours is required.

Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
Chef Fee
Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).
Pre-arrival or chef/in-villa shopping service is available with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee.
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site. However, laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
No extra bed available.
Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
2 baby cots and 1 high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.
An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
