Refund Policy:
50% of total rental if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to check in.
No refund if cancellation is within 30 days of check in.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of US$1,500 per villa per week of rental must be received 30 days prior to check-in, and will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.
Maximum security deposit = US$6,000.
Minimum security deposit = US$1,500.

Expenses:
Staff shop for groceries on a daily basis. Groceries are charged at cost +5% management fees + 7% VAT.

Guests will be required to settle all extra charges incurred for services including, but not limited to: groceries, telephone, personal laundry, tours and excursions or any other service not included in the room rate before departure.
 
For all expenses, guests will be charged on a weekly basis or upon check-out if stay is less than 7 days. Payments can be made by cash or credit card (an additional 3% charge is applicable when making payment by credit card) to the Villa Manager.
